At Kobus Fone en Laptop te Koop, we want every customer to feel confident and protected when purchasing a flagship device from our store. Our Refund & Return Policy is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and a smooth resolution whenever an issue arises.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

You received the wrong item,

Your device arrived damaged,

Your order arrived with missing accessories,

Your device is not functioning on arrival (dead-on-arrival / DOA).

To qualify, all return requests must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Devices must be returned in the same condition received, including the box and all accessories.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your device arrives damaged or defective:

Contact our support team immediately.

Provide photos or a short video showing the issue.

We will arrange a free return or exchange shipment.

After inspection, we will process:

A full replacement device, or

A complete refund to your original payment method.

Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive a product different from what you ordered:

Notify us within 48 hours.

Keep the device unused and in original condition.

We will arrange pickup and ship the correct item at no extra cost.

Change of Mind

Because we deal in high-value electronics, change-of-mind returns are not accepted once an order has been shipped. Please ensure you select the correct model, color, and storage option before completing your purchase.

Return Shipping

For all approved returns—damaged goods, incorrect items, or DOA devices—we cover the return shipping cost.

You will receive a prepaid return label, or a courier will be sent to collect the device.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Refunds are processed within 24 Hours,

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at checkout.

We will notify you via email or WhatsApp as soon as your refund has been completed.

2 Year Warranty

All flagship devices come with a standard warranty that covers manufacturer defects. Warranty periods may vary depending on the model and brand. Physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized repairs void the warranty.
